1. Eligibility

 

You're entitled to a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's supposed to, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return.. Any and all items that you want to return must be unwashed and unworn.

We'll process refunds according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of cancellation. You'll receive a full refund, including standard delivery costs, if the goods are faulty or not as described.
